Excerpt of the Eligibility requirements from www. clossonsettlement.com:
1. Had an account at Bank of America accessible through a Bank of America debit card; AND
2. Paid at least one:
a. insufficient funds fee, overdraft fee, returned item fee, or similar fee, that was assessed to your account within five business
days after a Bank of America debit card transaction either occurred or posted to your account; OR
b. overlimit fee or similar fee that was assessed for an account cycle in which a Bank of America debit card transaction either occurred or posted to your account.
